Cancellation and Refund Policy

Conference Location
All cancellations must be submitted to conference@blackbaud.com. Cancellations received on or before September 8, 2009 will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received between September 8 and October 15, 2009 will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received after October 15, 2009 will not be eligible for a full refund.
